What’s Next
After a merit list is published, a candidate has two options: confirm the allotted seat by paying the admission fee, or opt to upgrade the seat. Upgradation allows a candidate to remain in contention for a higher-preference college or course, based on availability and merit rank, without losing the currently allotted seat. Those who wish to improve their allotted college or course can wait for the upgraded round merit list on 17 August 2026.
