Deputy Secretary (Level-11): Master’s in Language (55%) plus 7 years’ experience at Level-10 or above, or an equivalent Business/Public Administration qualification.
Assistant Editor (Level-10): Postgraduate in language/literature with 5 years’ copy-editing experience.
Senior Library & Information Assistant (Level-6): Bachelor’s in Library Science with 5 years’ library experience.
Stenographer Gr. II (Level-4): 10+2 with 80 wpm shorthand speed and good typing speed.
Level-4 & Level-6 posts: Two-part written test (100 marks: 50 objective + 50 descriptive), followed by an interview.
Level-1/2 posts: Two-part written test (100 marks: 60 objective + 40 descriptive) plus a qualifying skill/typing/driving test where applicable.
