Eligibility Criteria
Route A: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) plus a Postgraduate degree (any discipline) plus a 1-year diploma in Executive Assistant/Office Management/Secretarial Practice.
Route B: Bachelor’s degree specifically in Office Management/Secretarial Practice plus a Postgraduate degree.
Minimum 55% marks in the final graduation year (50% for SC candidates) and at least 4 years’ post-qualification secretarial experience.
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): UR/EWS 32 years, SC 37 years, OBC(NCL) 35 years, with further relaxation for PwBD candidates.
Salary
Pay scale of Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000 (EO Grade), with an approximate minimum gross monthly salary of Rs. 65,000.
Selection Process
Online Test (90 minutes, 100 questions): 50 discipline-related questions (2 marks each) and 50 questions on English/Quantitative Aptitude/Reasoning/GK (1 mark each).
Skill Test (qualifying, 100 marks): Practical job knowledge (70 marks), safety awareness & computer knowledge (20 marks) and communication skills (10 marks); passing threshold of 60 marks (55 for SC candidates).
Final merit is based 100% on the online test score.
