The Railway Recruitment Board is releasing the Group D exam city intimation slip in a staggered, exam-date-wise manner under CEN 09/2025. This slip tells you your allotted exam city ahead of time so you can plan travel — it isn’t the final admit card. Here’s how to check it and what the shift timings look like.

How to Download the City Intimation Slip

Visit www.rrbcdg.gov.in or your regional RRB website.
Find the CEN 09/2025 (RRB Group D) – Exam City Intimation Slip link on the notice board.
Enter your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.
Complete the captcha and submit.
Your allotted exam city, date, and shift will appear — download and save it.

Shift Timings

Shift 1 — Reporting 7:30 AM, gate closes 8:30 AM, exam starts 9:00 AM
Shift 2 — Reporting 11:15 AM, gate closes 12:15 PM, exam starts 12:45 PM
Shift 3 — Reporting 3:00 PM, gate closes 4:00 PM, exam starts 4:30 PM

What the Slip Is — and Isn’t

The city intimation slip only confirms your exam city, date, and shift — it is not a valid entry pass. You’ll still need the separate e-Admit Card/Call Letter, releasing from 31 July 2026 onwards, to actually enter the exam centre.
