DGM (Cluster-II): Minimum 11 years post-qualification experience, of which at least 8 years must be directly relevant to the discipline.
Manager (Cluster-I): Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, at least 3 years relevant.
Assistant Manager (Cluster-I): Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, at least 1 year relevant for most disciplines.
Private sector candidates can apply if their current CTC meets the threshold: ₹24.10 lakh per annum for DGM posts, ₹16.27 lakh per annum for Manager posts.
