Eligibility
- Senior Assistant Officer (HR) — Graduate plus a 2-year full-time PG in HR/Personnel/IR/Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks.
- Senior Assistant Officer (Law) — LLB (3-year) or a 5-year Integrated Law Degree with minimum 60% marks.
- Senior Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/C&I/IT) — A B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline.
Selection Process
An Online Selection Test — All India based, comprising a Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT), which candidates must qualify separately — followed by a Personal Interview for those who clear the online test, and Document Verification.
