Additional General Manager (E-7) — Minimum 18 years’ post-qualification experience, including 7 years in the relevant field/sub-domain, presently in IDA pay scale ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 or equivalent senior positions.

General Manager (Deputation): 58 years; (Re-employment): 55–63 years; (Contract): 57 years
Additional General Manager (Deputation): 60 years; (Re-employment): 55–63 years; (Contract): 57 years
Salary
General Manager (Contract): ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 (IDA). Additional General Manager (Contract): ₹1,00,000–2,60,000. For Deputation, parent pay plus deputation allowances applies; for Re-employment, a consolidated pay based on retirement grade applies.
