Eligibility
Matriculation (10th Standard) or equivalent from a recognized board, as on 31 August 2026.
Age Limit (as on 31 August 2026)
- 18 to 25 years (born between 1 September 2001 and 31 August 2008)
- OBC: +3 years, SC/ST: +5 years, PwBD: +10 years
- Ex-Servicemen and Central Government employees: separate relaxation as per rules
Selection Process
- Stage 1: Shortlisting — top 280 candidates (40 per vacancy) by matriculation percentage
- Stage 2: Written Exam — 40 objective questions (English, Hindi, Food & Nutrition, Aptitude, Hygiene), held in Bhopal only
- Stage 3: Skill Test — 60 marks, evaluating beverage preparation, food handling, and hygiene, held in Bhopal only
- Final merit — combined score out of 100, followed by document verification
