Eligibility
Matriculation (10th Standard) or equivalent from a recognized board, as on 31 August 2026.

OBC: +3 years, SC/ST: +5 years, PwBD: +10 years
Ex-Servicemen and Central Government employees: separate relaxation as per rules
Selection Process
Stage 1: Shortlisting — top 280 candidates (40 per vacancy) by matriculation percentage
Stage 2: Written Exam — 40 objective questions (English, Hindi, Food & Nutrition, Aptitude, Hygiene), held in Bhopal only
Stage 3: Skill Test — 60 marks, evaluating beverage preparation, food handling, and hygiene, held in Bhopal only
Final merit — combined score out of 100, followed by document verification

Both are held only in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh — no venue change requests are entertained.
