Eligibility
A Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized institute, with a valid Overman’s Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS for Coal under CMR 2017/CMR 1957, a valid First Aid Certificate from a DGMS-recognized institute, and a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification working experience in open cast coal mines as an Overman.
Selection Process
Interview/Skill Test — DVC management reserves the right to conduct additional screening, trade tests, or skill tests if required. Selected candidates may be posted at any field formation, coal mine, or joint venture location of DVC.
