Eligibility
A Graduate degree from a Government-recognized University/Institution (MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing, plus CFP/CFA/NISM certifications, preferred for most posts). Mandatory post-qualification experience ranges from 3 years (Relationship Manager-Team Lead) to 15 years (Zonal Head), primarily in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Asset Management Companies, with senior posts requiring prior team leadership experience.
Circle Preference Rules
Candidates must select three different Circles for the five applicable posts. Repeating a Circle can lead to SBI taking an appropriate decision, and once submitted, the Circle preference cannot be changed. If a candidate doesn’t receive their preferred Circle, SBI may consider their candidature for another Circle. Place of posting varies — Kolkata for Zonal Head, five metro cities for Regional Head, and any of 17 Circles for the remaining posts.
Selection Process
Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience, followed by one or more rounds of Personal, Telephonic, or Video Interviews (carrying 100 marks), CTC Negotiation, Document Verification, and a Medical Test.
