Eligibility
- Paper I (Classes 1-5) — Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks, and passed or appearing in a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Paper II (Classes 6-8) — Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks, and passed or appearing in a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, per NCTE Regulations 2002 (or a Graduate degree with a B.Ed. for certain categories).
Application Fee
- Single Paper (I or II) — General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,000; SC/ST/PH: ₹500
- Both Papers (I and II) — General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,200; SC/ST/PH: ₹600

Candidates who have already completed and submitted their CTET September 2026 application form during the original window (11 May – 10 June 2026) do not need to apply again. This re-opened window is specifically for candidates who missed the earlier deadline.
